Rajasthan Desert Tour Package
Desert tour shows you the total Thar Desert with real traditional and rural villages and the culture of people from the Indian desert.

Duration: 09 Nights / 10 Days

Destinations Covered :- Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Bikaner

Day 1: Jaipur arrival: -
Pickup from Jaipur Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand. Transfers to Hotel. Check in hotel, Post Lunch, visit Birla Mandir, Sanganeri Printing worm and Chokhi Dhani a Traditional Rajasthani village Resort. Overnight at hotel in jaipur.

Day 2: Jaipur sightseeing tour
After breakfast Full day enjoy Jaipur sightseeing, drive through the Johari Bazaar to the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Visit the various museums inside the City Palace and the ancient Observatory (Jantar Mantar). Pay a visit to the Govind Deoji Temple, Amber fort and on rout visit Jalmahal. Evening free for shopping, and rest etc. Overnight stay at hote

Day 3: Jaipur - Bikaner
Depart after an early breakfast for Bikaner Enrout visit Deshnokh Ret Temple of Karni Mata. After this Proceed Bikaner. Check in hotel; visit Junagarh Fort, Lalgarh Palace & Anup Maha.Overnight stay at hotel in Bikaner.

Day 4: Bikaner – Jaisalmer
After early breakfast Proceed for Jaisalmer. Have lunch on the way (packed lunch from Bikaner advised). Reach Jaisalmer before sundown, to catch a glimpse of the setting sun on the Golden Fort. Check-in at hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 5: Jaisalmer
Visit Jaisalmer Fort & Museum after breakfast. Also see the Jain Temple. Take a walk through the back streets to the Patwon ki Haveli & Kothari Haveli. After lunch proceed to Jaisalmer (sam). Take a Camel Ride and experience the haunting magic of the tale of Dhola Maru. Over night at Jaisalmer.


Day 6: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
After early breakfast, leave for Jodhpur, the Sun City, via Pokhran. Have lunch at Pokhran. See deer on the way in the Bishnoi villages, and reach Jodhpur by afternoon. Evening free for rest and shopping, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7: Jodhpur sightseeing
After breakfast full day sightseeing visit Ummaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh Fort one of the most awe-inspiring forts in Rajasthan Do not miss the view of Jodhpur's blue houses & sunset from the top of the fort.

DAY 8: Jodhpur-Udaipur
After breakfast drive for Udaipur. Reach Udaipur and check in at hotel.
The city of Dawn, Udaipur is a lovely land around the azure lake, hemmed in by the lush hills of the Aravallis. Its fairy-tale palaces, shimmering blue lakes, temples, gardens and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carry the flavor of a heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry. Their reflection in the placid waters of the Lake Pichhola is an enticing sight. Overnight will be at Udaipur

Day 9; Udaipur Sightseeing:-
After enjoying the delicious Rajasthani cuisine proceed for your sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Morning first destination will be the royal City Palace. Here you will marvel at room's decor with mirrored walls and ivory doors colored glass windows and inlaid marble balconies and the Peacock Courtyard.
After lunch start your journey for Lake Pichola. Proceed for Evening Motor launch cruise on the lake. From the boat you will be able to view the city of Udaipur as it rises majestically above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan desert. Next visit the Jag Mandir Palace - the other island palace in the middle of the lake. Spend some time at the Jag Mandir Palace. Visit the 300-year-old Jagdish Temple and the Royal Cenotaphs of the Rajput kings. Overnight will be at Udaipur.

Day10: Departure Transfer to Udaipur:-
After breakfast transfer to Udaipur Railway station/Airport for onward journey.

A regular participant at the show, the Union Ministry of Tourism, Government of India shared its pavilion with state governments and the travel industry as co-exhibitors. This year, the India Tourism Pavilion also promoted the Commonwealth Games to be held in New Delhi in October 2010. The Pavilion was inaugurated on 10th March, 2010 in the presence of the Minister for Tourism, Kumari Selja, ADG, Tourism, Mr. Devesh Chaturvedi, Regional Director (Europe), Mr. M.N. Javed and several luminaries from the travel trade.
